I’m Ben, founder of Primal Design, Personal Trainer, Sports Therapist, and Men’s Longevity Coach.

 

I’ve worked in the health and wellness industry since 2017, starting in Sports Therapy before moving into hands-on personal training and movement coaching. My background gives me a deep understanding of how the body actually moves, recovers, and adapts,  not just how to train it hard.

Primal Performance is my in-person coaching program built around functional movement, strength, and resilience. Every session is coached, intentional, and progressive, with a strong focus on how your body moves, not just how much weight you lift.

 

I take a holistic but practical approach to long-term health, blending ancestral principles with modern training and sports therapy. This means building strength on top of good movement, restoring mobility where it’s been lost, and creating a body that’s capable, durable, and pain-free.

Whether you’re looking to move better, get stronger, rebuild confidence in your body, or establish a sustainable foundation for long-term health, I combine hands-on coaching, therapeutic sports therapy, and structured programming to guide you every step of the way.
